NSW Residential Tenancies Law Reform

The NSW community had until 31st December 2007 to respond to the NSW Office of Fair Trading, and to tell the Minister, Linda Burney, what we thought about the report, Residential Tenancy Law Reform: A New Direction, Sept. 2007.

That deadline has passed but the consultation process continues, so if you missed the boat last year, please don't hesitate now. It will still be useful to let the Minister know what you think about residential tenancy law reform in NSW.
